Fall is here and so is our pumpkin cheesecake! This classic, fall favorite is back at King's Fish House for the season.
Our pumpkin cheesecake comes from legendary bakery J.M. Rosen Cheesecakes. Jan Rosen, creator of the original cheesecake recipe, first whipped up the now famous cheesecake recipe in 1983.
Story has it that Frank Sinatra was introduced to the cheesecake by his assistant at the time, and he became a fan of the creamy dessert from then on.
To this day, J.M. Rosen’s Cheesecakes upholds the tradition of making all their cheesecakes by hand. And their buttery, shortbread crust, brings it all together for an unforgettable treat. We’re so excited to have this seasonal favorite back on our menus again!
