Carlos Fierro’s love for the culinary craft flourished when he started working in the industry. “I’ve always enjoyed cooking and while I was in college, I started working in restaurants,” Fierro explained. “I found my passion for it.”
Fierro started his career at King’s Seafood Company as a line cook, then became a supervisor, and was most recently promoted to sous chef at Water Grill in Denver. He enjoys various aspects of his job, most notably working with amazing seasonal items. “One of my favorite things about working at King’s is the quality of product we use every day,” Fierro said.
